Although my electrical
business is located in St Martin de Valamas I covers all parts of "Les Boutières".
I am a qualified electrician
and hold all necessary professional qualification required for the different
sections of electrical work that I undertake.
I am able to look after all
of your electrical needs including air thermal heat exchange units, geothermal
heat exchange units, solar panels, security systems, electrical gates and
electrical garage doors, repair of electical white
goods, installation of satellite systems, house re-wiring, and general
electrical works.
If you are a UK resident but
own a home here in France, the French law may authorise
you to have a special reduction of up to 50 per cent of the cost of the
material involved in work undertaken to your property.
In addition, although the
normal tax rates are 19.6%, if you have owned your home from more than 2 years
your taxes could be reduced to 5.5 per cent !
